Our baked pierogi are lovingly handcrafted in yeast dough cases, hand rolled and stuffed with a variety of meaty and vegetarian fillings with many ingredients being organic and free-range and sourced or foraged locally

Traditional Polish pierogi

Our traditional pierogi ‘dumplings’ are handmade from a delicate unleavened dough and stuffed with two classical Polish fillings, using a few but best quality ingredients such as organic flour, ‘real’ sauerkraut and proper Polish curd cheese ‘twar√≥g’.

Gluten-free pierogi

Our gluten-free pierogi are made using the very same recipe as the baked pierogi, however, instead of wheat flour the chickpea flour is used and they are laboratory tested.
